Dear All,
Brian here; the host organising committee, sharing updates for IOI 2022, as of Sunday 17 July (countdown: 3 weeks to go).
>> Registration’s Result
Please check again https://ioi2022.id/number-of-participants/ and https://stats.ioinformatics.org/delegations/2022 to make sure we got you correctly. No more change/addition of registrant/contestant should happen beyond this point. Let us know immediately if you find any issue.
>> Final Call: Visa & Travel Details and Particular Information
To those coming onsite, this is a final call to submit/send your visa & travel details, and room/food/health particular information. To those applying for a visa, please fill bit.ly/IOI2022VISA carefully. While we do our best to assist, our immigration authority is the one making the final call. In case of rejection, no refund shall be made and we will assist to consult whether re-application is possible or not.
>> Practice Session (more details in Matrix)
An early practice contest is now available. The main purpose of this contest is to familiarise with the CMS (Contest Management System) interface and the contestant’s machine environment. We encourage your contestants (especially online contestants!) to actually try using the contestant VM in this practice contest. More details including test accounts can be found in Matrix.
>> Team Participation Fee (note from IOI’s Treasurer)
You should all have received the invoice from IOI’s Treasurer (Eljakim) for the team participation fee by now. You can pay via bank transfer until July 31. You may also pay cash in Yogyakarta during the first translation night. If you have not received your invoice, or if you have any questions about it, please send an email to eljakim@gmail.com.
>> Reminders on Vaccine/Test/Health Protocols
Note that/for those registering to come onsite to Indonesia, you and your team agree to (1) put best effort to get vaccinated unless clinically advised not to, (2) get tested for COVID-19 whenever appropriately asked, (3) comply with the health protocols in Indonesia. We will keep you updated on these matters. Let us know if you have any relevant particular situation.
That is all for now. If you have any other and general inquiries, please send an email to contact@ioi2022.id. And follow our official social media accounts (Facebook: ioi2022id, Instagram: ioi2022id, YouTube: IOI 2022 Indonesia).
